Elliot Anderson-Evans

Creative Director

Design-led, detail-driven, surveying expertise.

Elliot has lived in Cardiff since 2009 and has spent much of his career immersed in the homes that define the city and the wider Vale. His background in design began with creating bespoke furniture in 2013 — a practice that shaped his understanding of materials, proportion and the craft behind well-made environments.

This evolved naturally into a professional surveying career, and in 2022 he founded his own surveying firm. The role took him through hundreds of period and character homes across South Wales, offering a rare insight into how people live, restore and refine their spaces.

With this experience came a clear observation: many beautifully curated homes were being presented to the market in a way that didn’t reflect the care behind them. Photography, wording and marketing often missed the architecture and individuality that made the home special.

Elliot’s work in the agency combines his calm, design-aware eye with a precise understanding of how homes are built and how they should be represented. His approach is measured, architectural and quietly confident — ensuring each home is shown with care, clarity and intention.
